THE INVESTIGATOR'S NOTES / CASE 002
The story behind the evidence.
01
THE CASE
What arrived on the desk.
A clothing company founded on disruption: alternative apparel built to interrupt the way mental health gets talked about. Ten percent of proceeds supported mental health programs, and the site housed dedicated resources.
02
THE EVIDENCE
What turned up.
- Mental-health branding defaults to clinical, corporate, or inspirational.
- A cause line printed on a tee explains a brand instead of becoming the brand.
- The real differentiator was a lived point of view—disruption with a reason behind it.
03
THE INVESTIGATION
The strategic read.
Disrupt the category. Build a visual identity strong enough to earn its place on the rack, then let the mission live throughout the brand world rather than as a slogan on the garment.
04
THE MOVE
What I did about it.
- Founded and positioned REVÄRII as a complete brand concept.
- Built the apparel identity and directed product concepts and campaign imagery.
- Designed the website and mental-health resource experience.
- Wrote product, packaging, and brand storytelling copy.
- Structured the ten-percent giveback as part of the brand model.
05
THE RESULT
Case conclusion.
A complete brand taken from idea to execution: identity, product, site, resources, advocacy, and a giveback that felt integral rather than promotional.
