Creative Strategist & Marketing Detective

Somewhere between the brief and the final deliverable, the real problem usually turns up.

I like finding it.

I've worked across law, nonprofit organizations, healthcare, mental health advocacy, radio advertising, dance, small-business branding, and agency branding. On paper, that looks a little all over the place. In practice, I keep doing the same thing: learning how the business actually works, noticing where the story stops lining up, and finding the problem underneath the request.

I rarely stay in one lane once I find it. I might start with positioning and end up building the website. Direct the film, then edit it. Define the voice, then run the feed. I follow the problem wherever it leads, because solving the right one matters more to me than keeping my job description tidy.

My background outside marketing—from patient care and retail sales to landscaping and years as a flight attendant—made me better at the work. It taught me how people make decisions, what good service actually feels like, and how to stay useful when the plan changes.

Evidence Board

Different cases. Different clues. Same investigator.

Each pinned exhibit traces the problem as it arrived, what surfaced under inspection, and what I did about it.
